Problem Note 53845: The error, "invalid byte sequence for encoding 'UTF8'" occurs when you run the solnsvc_1400_load_groups job

The SAS® Financial Management job, solnsvc_1400_load_groups, might fail with the following error:
ERROR: invalid byte sequence for encoding “UTF8”.
This error is most likely to occur if a group description in SAS® Management Console exceeds 100 characters and the job is running in a Linux operating environment.
In a Windows operating environment, the job runs successfully, but the group description is truncated.
The only workaround at this time is to limit the group description to 100 characters in SAS Management Console.
